Xxxxxxxx Note definition

Xxxxxxxx Note. Defined in Section 3.10.

Xxxxxxxx Note means the Xxxxxxxx European Notes and the Xxxxxxxx US Notes, and Xxxxxxxx Notes shall be construed accordingly;

More Definitions of Xxxxxxxx Note

Xxxxxxxx Note means the unsecured convertible promissory note in the aggregate principal amount of C$5,000,000 issued by Tribute to Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx on June 16, 2015.

Xxxxxxxx Note means the promissory note issued on the Closing Date by the Company to Xxxxxxxx in the amount of $500,000, which, if not paid in full by March 31, 2004, shall be convertible into 200,945 shares of Common Stock, as adjusted in accordance with the terms thereof.

Xxxxxxxx Note means each Note, dated as of the date hereof, issued by the Borrower to a Xxxxxxxx Lender, each in the form of Exhibit A-2, as such Note is amended, amended and restated, supplemented and modified from time to time. The terms of each Xxxxxxxx Note shall govern the payments that are made to such Xxxxxxxx Lender for its Loan to the Borrower.
