Xxxxxxxxx Acquisition definition

Xxxxxxxxx Acquisition has the meaning specified in Preliminary Statement (2) to this Agreement.

Xxxxxxxxx Acquisition means the acquisition by the Borrower of substantially all of the assets of Xxxxxxxxx Tele Systems, Inc., a Minnesota corporation.

Xxxxxxxxx Acquisition means the acquisition by Cook Inlet Energy, LLC of (i) all of the membership interests of Anchor Point Energy, LLC from Xxxxxxxxx Cook Inlet, LLC, GMT Exploration Company, LLC, Xxxx Resources Alaska, LLC, Jonah Gas Company, LLC, and Nerd Gas Company LLC, and (ii) substantially all business (including all assets and liabilities) related to the North Fork Unit operations of Xxxxxxxxx Cook Inlet, LLC, GMT Exploration Company, LLC, Xxxx Resources Alaska, LLC, Jonah Gas Company, LLC, and Nerd Gas Company LLC, from the same (or any other third party having an interest in such assets and liabilities), including their xxxxx and leases in the North Fork Unit, and related equipment and contracts.

More Definitions of Xxxxxxxxx Acquisition

Xxxxxxxx (solely for the purposes of Section 11.18 thereof), S-L Snacks National, LLC and the Borrower (solely for the purposes of Section 11.17 thereof), as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, and the transactions contemplated thereunder.
