  • Company shall ensure that, when a listing -------------------- solution set queried on the Super Site or a Real Estate System Web Site includes a listing associated with a Xxxxxx.xxx Image, there shall appear beside the listing a generic symbol selected by Company indicating that the listing is associated with Virtual Tour Images.

  • Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to link each such Xxxxxx.xxx Image to the appropriate listings on the Hosted Sites by the end of the business day following the day xxxxxx.xxx makes such Xxxxxx.xxx Image available on the xxxxxx.xxx server or those of its affiliates.

  • Xxxxxx.xxx will use commercially reasonable efforts to process and link each Xxxxxx.xxx Image on behalf of Company Members within four (4) business days after capture of the images, in each case to the extent xxxxxx.xxx has the right to do so, provided that such linking is not delayed by factors attributable to Company.

  • Xxxxxx.xxx Image" means an electronic Image of a property produced by or on behalf of xxxxxx.xxx.
