Xxxxxxxxx Payment definition

Xxxxxxxxx Payment. Each scheduled payment of principal and interest (or of interest only, if applicable) to be paid by the Mortgagor on a Mortgage Loan, as reduced (except where otherwise specified herein) by the amount of any related Debt Service Reduction (excluding all amounts of principal and interest that were due on or before the Cut-off Date whenever received) and, in the case of an REO Property, an amount equivalent to the Scheduled Payment that would have been due on the related Mortgage Loan if such Mortgage Loan had remained in existence. In the case of any bi-weekly payment Mortgage Loan, all payments due on such Mortgage Loan during any Collection Period shall be deemed collectively to constitute the Scheduled Payment due on such Mortgage Loan in such Collection Period.

Xxxxxxxxx Payment means $2,296,387.00, payable to Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx.

Xxxxxxxxx Payment. With respect to any Mortgage Loan and any Due Period, the scheduled payment or payments of principal and interest due during such Due Period on such Mortgage Loan which either is payable by a Mortgagor in such Due Period under the related Mortgage Note or, in the case of REO Property, would otherwise have been payable under the related Mortgage Note.
