Xxxxxxxxx Property shall have the meaning provided in Subparagraph 67(a). “Xxxxxxxxx Remediation Power Agreement” shall have the meaning provided in Paragraph 79.
Xxxxxxxxx Property means any and all Property of the Company and each of its Domestic Subsidiaries, or rights, title or interests of the Company or such Domestic Subsidiary in Property, howsoever arising, acquired or obtained, whether now or hereafter existing, whether tangible or intangible, whether real or personal, and wherever located.

Xxxxxxxxx Property. A former dry cleaner was located at the Menlo Complex at 000 Xxxxx Xxxxx. According to the property owner Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, the site hasn’t operated as a dry cleaner for 20 years. Xx. Xxxxxxxx purchased the property in 1999 and leases the site to a salon, counseling center, computer programmer, and a contactor. There have been no reported releases from this site. Other potential sources of VOC contamination in the study area are service stations and/or auto repair shops. Several of these were investigated at the PA phase of this project and no sources of PCE were found. There is also a regional TCE plume, which is believed to originate from an industrial area of North Salem and is being investigated separately by DEQ and EPA (See DEQ ECSI File #4280 and #4281 and CERCLIS #ORN001002600 and ORN001002614). Examination of both TCE and PCE plumes as presented in the PA suggests that the source and extent of these plumes is different and they do not entirely come from the same location.
