Yahoo Main Site means Yahoo's principal U.S. based directory to the World Wide Web currently located at http://xxx.xxxxx.xxx.
Yahoo Main Site means Yahoo's principal U.S. targeted directory to the World Wide Web currently located at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx and does not include any: (i) international targeted web sites within the xxxxx.xxx domain (e.g., xxxx://xxxxxxx.xxxxx.xxx), (ii) any Yahoo Properties not within the xxxxx.xxx domain (e.g., xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx), or (iii) any web sites not currently within the xxxxx.xxx domain that Yahoo may add during the Term.
Yahoo Main Site means Yahoo's principal directory to the World Wide --------------- Web, currently located at xxx.xxxxx.xxx, and the Yellow Pages portion of the Yahoo Main Site, currently located at xxxx://xx.xxxxx.xxx.

  • Ashford will remain solely responsible for the operation of the Ashford Site, and Yahoo will remain solely responsible for the operation of the Yahoo Main Site.

SEARCH Site and the Yahoo Main Site may be subject to temporary shutdowns due to causes beyond the operating party's reasonable control; and (b) subject to the terms of this Agreement, retains sole right and control over the programming, content and conduct of transactions over its respective Internet-based service.

  • In addition, and notwithstanding the foregoing, Yahoo may charge any third party for listings or enhanced merchant listings or similar positioning in the normal course of business with respect to Included Pages relating to the Yellow Pages portion of the Yahoo Main Site.

For clarity, Yahoo Main Site does not include any Yahoo branded or co-branded property or service that is (1) outside the xxxxx.xxx domain (e.g., xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx or (2) targeted at users outside the United States, regardless of whether the property or service is within the xxxxx.xxx domain (e.g.,xxxx://xxxxxxx.xxxxx.xxx).

Related to Yahoo Main Site

  • Sites means the area(s) upon or in which the construction work is carried on, and such other areas adjacent thereto as may be designated by the Commissioner.

  • Customer Content means all files, content (including audio, video, text, or images), and data (including Personal Data) belonging to or controlled by the Customer, which is uploaded into the Products and Services or otherwise provided to Showpad for processing pursuant to the Agreement.

  • Users means, for Services, those employees, contractors, and end users, as applicable, authorized by You or on Your behalf to use the Services in accordance with this Agreement and Your order. For Services that are specifically designed to allow Your clients, agents, customers, suppliers or other third parties to access the Services to interact with You, such third parties will be considered “Users” subject to the terms of this Agreement and Your order.

  • Open Wireless Network means any network or segment of a network that is not designated by the State of New Hampshire’s Department of Information Technology or delegate as a protected network (designed, tested, and approved, by means of the State, to transmit) will be considered an open network and not adequately secure for the transmission of unencrypted PI, PFI, PHI or confidential DHHS data.

  • Licensed Site means a place in any authorised street at which street trading may be engaged in by a Licence Holder, and includes any temporary alternative place approved by the Council or a duly authorised Officer of the Council.

  • City’s Site means any land and/or premises owned by the City on which or in respect of which the Services are performed by the Consultant;

  • Digital Cross Connect System or "DCS" is a function which provides automated Cross Connection of Digital Signal Level 0 (DS0) or higher transmission bit rate digital channels within physical interface facilities. Types of DCS include but are not limited to DCS 1/0s, DCS 3/1s, and DCS 3/3s, where the nomenclature 1/0 denotes interfaces typically at the DS1 rate or greater with Cross Connection typically at the DS0 rate. This same nomenclature, at the appropriate rate substitution, extends to the other types of DCS specifically cited as 3/1 and 3/3. Types of DCS that cross connect Synchronous Transport Signal level 1 (STS-1 s) or other Synchronous Optical Network (SONET) signals (e.g., STS-3) are also DCS, although not denoted by this same type of nomenclature. DCS may provide the functionality of more than one of the aforementioned DCS types (e.g., DCS 3/3/1 which combines functionality of DCS 3/3 and DCS 3/1). For such DCS, the requirements will be, at least, the aggregation of requirements on the "component" DCS. In locations where automated Cross Connection capability does not exist, DCS will be defined as the combination of the functionality provided by a Digital Signal Cross Connect (DSX) or Light Guide Cross Connect (LGX) patch panels and D4 channel banks or other DS0 and above multiplexing equipment used to provide the function of a manual Cross Connection. Interconnection is between a DSX or LGX to a Switch, another Cross Connection, or other service platform device.

  • Mobile Network means a 3G or 4G network or any other mobile communications network which we choose to provide Mobile services.

  • Area network means a type of electric distribution system served by multiple transformers interconnected in an electrical network circuit, which is generally used in large metropolitan areas that are densely populated, in order to provide highly reliable service. Area network has the same meaning as the term "distribution secondary grid network" found in institute of electrical and electronics engineers (IEEE) standard 1547 sub clause 4.1.4.

  • Licensed Content means those articles or other parts of a Licensed Title which form part of the content licensed in accordance with the Order (including all content published during the Subscription Period or other period specified in the Order to which access and use rights are granted under this Licence, and including all Previously Subscribed Material).

  • Customer Site means the site owned or leased by the Customer or any other site used to provide the Service, which is directly connected to a PoP managed by Liquid Telecom, as set out in the COF;

  • Secure Network means a network which is only accessible by Secure

  • Web Site means the website that you are currently using (xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) and any sub-domains of this site (e.g. xxxxxxxxx.xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions.

  • Micro wireless facility means a small cell facility that is not larger in dimension than 24 inches in length, 15 inches in width, and 12 inches in height and that has an exterior antenna, if any, not longer than 11 inches.

  • Work Site means the site where the Work is being performed.

  • END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.

  • Site means the place or places where the permanent Works are to be carried out including workshops where the same is being prepared.

  • Core Network means the transport infrastructure identified in accordance with Chapter III of Regulation (EU) No 1315/2013;

Non-contiguous properties owned by the same person but connected by a right-of-way which he controls and to which the public does not have access, is also considered on-site property.

  • Airports means Chicago O’Hare International Airport and Chicago Midway International Airport.

  • Host At Destination means the person with whom the Insured is sharing prearranged overnight accommodations in the host's home.
