YEAR-END BALANCE definition

YEAR-END BALANCE. SHEET" will have the meaning set forth in Section 4.6(a).
YEAR-END BALANCE is defined in Section 2.1.
YEAR-END BALANCE means the amount, as determined by the state auditor, of unexpended and uncommitted funds in the Lottery for Education Account at the end of a fiscal year, which shall not include amounts contained in the subaccounts provided for in paragraphs (3) and (4) of this subsection.

More Definitions of YEAR-END BALANCE

YEAR-END BALANCE means the aggregate value of the Company’s (i) flight equipment held for sale, net, (ii) flight equipment held for operating lease, net, (iii) investment in direct finance lease, net, and (iv) maintenance rights, net, each as reflected on the Company’s audited consolidated balance sheet as of December 31 of the immediately preceding calendar year.”
YEAR-END BALANCE. Sheet" and "Year-end Financial Statements" are defined in Section 3.8.
YEAR-END BALANCE is added to Section 1 of the Agreement, setting forth the Executive Employee’s accrued benefit under the Agreement as of December 31, 2008, as follows: “The ‘2008 Year-End Balance’ shall be an amount equal to $270,723, which is equivalent to the Actual Deferrals increased by interest compounded annually on such amounts at a rate of 12.5 percent from the Time of Deferral to December 31, 2008.”
YEAR-END BALANCE is defined in Section 2.1.1. The foregoing definitions shall be equally applicable to both the singular and plural forms of the defined terms.
