Yen Swing Loan definition
Yen Swing Loan means a loan denominated in Yen by any Yen Swing Lender to any Borrower pursuant to Article II.

Each Yen Swing Loan shall bear interest on the outstanding principal amount thereof, for each day from and including the day such Yen Swing Loan is made to but not including the date it is paid at a rate per annum equal to the sum of (x) the Yen Swing Rate for such day plus (y) the Applicable Margin in effect from time to time.
