Yield Maintenance Charges definition

Yield Maintenance Charges means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the aggregate of all yield maintenance charges, if any, received during the related Collection Period in connection with Principal Prepayments.
Yield Maintenance Charges. As defined in Section 4.1(c).
Yield Maintenance Charges means an amount payable upon the prepayment of a Mortgage Loan generally equal to the greater of (1) a specified prepayment premium or (2) the present value, as of the date of such prepayment, of certain payments under the Mortgage Note, determined by discounting such payments at a specific rate set forth in the Mortgage Note.

Yield Maintenance Charges. With respect to any Mortgage Loan with a Yield Maintenance Period, the payments based on a yield maintenance formula generally equal to the greater of (a) a specific prepayment premium and (b) the present value, as of the date of such prepayment, of the remaining scheduled payments of principal and interest on the portion of the Mortgage Loan being prepaid (including any Balloon Payment or, with respect to any ARD Loans, the remaining principal balance due on the related Anticipated Repayment Date) determined by discounting such payments at a yield rate based on U.S. Treasury securities, less the amount prepaid.
