Yield Maintenance Charges definition

Yield Maintenance Charges means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the aggregate of all yield maintenance charges, if any, received during the related Collection Period in connection with Principal Prepayments.

  • Yield Maintenance Charge With respect to any Mortgage Loan or Serviced Companion Loan, the yield maintenance charge or prepayment premium, if any, payable under the related Note in connection with certain prepayments.
