Your Activities definition

Your Activities means Your charitable activities undertaken by You or on Your behalf as specified in theSchedule and extends under the Employers’ Liability and the Public and Products Liability Sections to include:

  • The insurance by this item provides cover for the increased costs of continuing Your Activities during the Indemnity Period specified in the Schedule over and above the costs that would have been incurred during the same period had no Damage occurred.

  • If during the Indemnity Period, accommodation is provided or services rendered elsewhere than at the Premises for the benefit of Your Activities either by You or by others on Your behalf, the money paid or payable in respect of such accommodation or services shall be taken into account in assessing the Gross Rentals during the Indemnity Period.

Related to Your Activities

  • School activities means any activity sponsored by the school including, but not limited to, classroom work, library activities, physical education classes, official assemblies and other similar gatherings, school athletic contests, band concerts, school plays and other theatrical productions, and in-school lunch periods.

  • Commercial Activities means activities conducted on a commercial basis.

  • Restricted Activities means and includes the following:

  • Business Activities shall be deemed to include any activities which are included in the Company's Business now or during the effective period of this Agreement.

  • Interscholastic Activities means athletic or non-athletic/academic activities where students compete on a school vs. school basis.

  • Medical Affairs Activities means, with respect to any country or other jurisdiction in the Territory, the coordination of medical information requests and field based medical scientific liaisons with respect to Licensed Compounds or Licensed Products, including activities of medical scientific liaisons and the provision of medical information services with respect to a Licensed Compound or Licensed Product.

  • Intrascholastic Activities means athletic or non-athletic/academic activities where students compete with students from within the same school.

  • Permitted Activities The primary activities of the trust created pursuant to this Agreement which shall be:

  • Curricular activity means an activity, course, or program that is:

  • Development Activities means those activities which have been approved for the Project as set out in the approved Plans and Specifications and, generally, activities that are normally undertaken for the development, construction, repair, renovation, rehabilitation or conversion of buildings for residential purposes and include the acquisition of property;

  • Principal activities means activities authorized by the license which are essential to achieving the purpose(s) for which the license was issued or amended. Storage during which no licensed material is accessed for use or disposal and activities incidental to decontamination or decommissioning are not principal activities.

  • Education program or activity means locations, events, or circumstances for which the school district exercises substantial control over both the respondent and the context in which the sexual harassment occurs and includes school district education programs or activities that occur on or off of school district property.
