Your App refers to software application, which is an innovative contacts directory or simply phonebook and networking tool Please note that we only provide the software and service as tools. When using Our Products, you should respect rights of others such as intellectual property rights, personal information and privacy rights, etc., and make sure that you are authorized to copy, amend, upload and publish the information. If you upload or publish the information without permission, you may infringe rights of others and be legally liable for it. We own all copyrights, trademarks, domains, logos, trade dress, trade secrets, patents, and other intellectual property rights associated with Our Products. You may not use our copyrights, trademarks, domains, logos, trade dress, patents, or other intellectual property rights unless you have our express permission. We grant you a personal, worldwide, revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to use our products. Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, you are permitted to install, use, display or run yoUr app on your smart mobile end-device, including but not limited to tablet, smart phone and PC as well as other computer system ("end-device") for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may need to pay for some services of Our Products. You will acquire relevant services with the fees duly paid in full. For paid service, we will obtain your consent before collection of payment. Rolodex can make changes about payment standard and method according to the practical needs. Some free services may become paid services in the future. If the fee is not paid on time and in full, you will no longer be able to use the service when we start to charge the fees. The price of our products may change from time to time. These changes will be notified via yoUr app or published on our website. We respect the privacy and personal information of each user and will protect your privacy and personal information in accordance with applicable law. Examples of Your App in a sentence

  • You warrant and represent that Your App and all use thereof by us for the purposes of this Agreement, will not infringe the rights of any person or breach any Applicable Law.

  • For the purposes of this Exhibit C, “You” shall include additional members of Your App Store Connect team (e.g., individuals in the marketing and technical roles).

  • Your App In-App Products, and the App Assets must not infringe or misappropriate any intellectual property or personal right of any third party.

Related to Your App

  • Your Data means information or data (which may include Personal Data) that you input and transfer to NCR Voyix for processing and that is collected, stored or maintained in the course of providing the Service or the Software. Your Data expressly excludes any information or data that does not connect or associate you or any Users to or with such information or data.

  • Your Content means all software, data (including Personal Data), text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-Oracle or third party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services. Services under the Master Agreement, Oracle Software, other Oracle products and services, and Oracle intellectual property, and all derivative works thereof, do not fall within the meaning of the term “Your Content”. Your Content includes any Third Party Content that is brought by You into the Services, by Your use of the Services or any Oracle provided tools.

  • Your Information means any information relating to you, your use of the EB Services, your Electronic Instructions, your Transactions and your Accounts, including any Personal Data you provide to us.3.3 ERP Linked Services.(a) The ERP Linked Services allow you to obtain information relating to your Accounts, provide Electronic Instructions to us via the ERP Platform and use such other features, facilities or functionalities as we shall make available from time to time.(b) You irrevocably and unconditionally authorise any User to sign up and activate the ERP Linked Services.3.4 Disclosure of Your Information. In addition to Clause 8.2 of Part A of these EB Services Terms and Conditions and Clause 2.1 of this Section, you acknowledge and agree that we and our officers, employees and agents are authorised to provide or disclose Your Information to any ERP Provider and/or its affiliates. You agree and acknowledge that we shall have no responsibility or liability or control over any ERP Provider’s disclosure, use or handling of Your Information.3.5 Use of the ERP Linked Services.(a) To use the ERP Linked Services, you must be a subscriber of the ERP Platform or have a valid licence from the ERP Provider to use its ERP Platform. You agree that you are solely responsible for all costs associated with your subscription to or licence of the ERP Platform and any infrastructure (including without limitation any equipment, software, network or communication facilities) required to support your use of the ERP Platform. We shall have no responsibility or liability for any act or omission of any ERP Provider.(b) It is your responsibility to at all times (i) comply with all guides, instructions and recommendations we provide to you from time to time in relation to the use of the ERP Linked Services; and (ii) assess the security arrangements relating to your access to and use of the ERP Linked Services to ensure that they are adequate to protect your interests.(c) You shall ensure that all Data and/or Electronic Instructions transmitted to us for or in connection with the ERP Linked Services is true, accurate and complete and you shall immediately inform us in writing of any errors, discrepancies or omissions. You must check all Data received by you on the ERP Platform in connection with the ERP Linked Services. If any such Data is incorrect or omit anything it should include, you should inform us in writing immediately.(d) You acknowledge that processing of any Electronic Instructions received via the ERP Linked Services is subject to successful receipt of such Electronic Instruction by us from the ERP Provider. We shall have no responsibility or liability where you submit any Electronic Instruction through the ERP Platform but such Electronic Instruction is not successfully received by us.(e) Receipt by us of any Electronic Instruction issued or purporting to be issued by you in connection with the ERP Linked Services will constitute full and unconditional authority to us to carry out or act upon that Electronic Instruction, and we shall not be bound to investigate or enquire as to the authenticity of any such Electronic Instruction unless we have received prior written notification from you which casts doubt on its validity.

  • speech and language disability means a permanent disability arising out of conditions such as laryngectomy or aphasia affecting one or more components of speech and language due to organic or neurological causes.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Texas Grant Management Standards or “TxGMS” means uniform grant and contract administration procedures, developed under the authority of Chapter 783 of the Texas Government Code, to promote the efficient use of public funds in local government and in programs requiring cooperation among local, state, and federal agencies. Under this Grant Agreement, TxGMS applies to Grantee except as otherwise provided by applicable law or directed by System Agency. Additionally, except as otherwise provided by applicable law, in the event of a conflict between TxGMS and applicable federal or state law, federal law prevails over state law and state law prevails over TxGMS.

  • StarCompliance Code of Ethics application means the web-based application used to electronically pre-clear personal securities transactions and file many of the reports required herein. The application can be accessed via the AB network at: https://alliance-ng.starcompliance.com/.

  • Code of Ethics Contact Person means the Chief Compliance Officer or such person or persons as may be from time to time designated.

  • We, Our, Us means United States Fire Insurance Company underwriting this insurance or its authorized agent.

  • Support Services Policy means Elastic’s support services policy for a Product, as further described at a URL referenced in an applicable Addendum.

  • Campus police officer means a school security officer designated by the board of education of any school district pursuant to K.S.A. 72-6146, and amendments thereto.

  • Natural Resources Assistance Council means the natural resources assistance council created pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 164.21 as well as its members and officers.

  • R2000 Strategy means an initiative by the Government of Kenya to improve the maintenance of the country’s Road Network by giving priority to maintenance through network approach, using appropriate technology, labour-based methods, local resources and increased usage of small-scale entrepreneurs.

  • Harbour Master means the ABP Harbour Master or Dock Master for the Port (as appropriate) or their authorised representative;
