Your Documentation definition

Your Documentation means any documentation, of Our Software or Your Software, supplied by you to your customers.
Your Documentation means any technical or other specifications or documentation that You may make available or provide to Us (whether in writing or electronically), including those set forth on Your website relating to or for use in connection with Your Service.
Your Documentation means any manuals, instructions, guides or other analogous documents regardless of format provided or made available to You by either Dell or Microsoft from time to time regarding the services described in this Agreement; Hardware means any hardware, tools, equipment and other tangible property (including laptop and desktop computers, mobile telephony, personal digital assistance devices and data network components) and physical IT infrastructure owned or leased by You and used in connection with services described in this Agreement; IPR means all (i) patents, designs, trademarks and trade names (whether registered or unregistered), copyright and related rights, moral rights, database rights, know-how and confidential information; (ii) all other intellectual property rights and similar or equivalent rights anywhere in the world which currently exist or are recognized in the future; and (iii) applications, extensions and renewals related to any such rights. Microsoft means Microsoft Corporation, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇. Online Service shall mean the provision by Dell of any of the products described in Section 3 to You and also includes any associated services; Subscription Terms means the schedule of charges detailing the cost of the provision of the services described in this Agreement to You; Subscription Terms and Conditions means any terms and conditions described in the Subscription Terms; Reseller Agreement means the Agreement between Dell and Microsoft; Service means the provision of the Product and ongoing customer service provided to You for the duration of the subscription period. Subscription Charges means the charges payable by You for access to and use of the Online Service as set forth in the Subscription Terms; Subscription Period means the period during which Dell shall provide the Online Services and during which You are permitted to access and use the Online Service.

Examples of Your Documentation in a sentence

  • Subject to Atheros’ ownership in the Licensed Technology, you will be the sole owner of all right, title and interest, including all the Intellectual Property Rights, in and to Your Software and Your Documentation, and all derivative works thereof made by or for you.

  • You agree to include on Your Documentation, all copyright, proprietary and other Intellectual Property Rights notices reasonably requested by us in writing.

  • Except as provided in the Publishing Guidelines You must submit each Partner Product (including any updates) and the relevant Partner Assets to UiPath for security review and certification (which may include, without limitation: information requests to you, reviews of Your Documentation, security testing or technical testing and reviews), before publishing for distribution through the Marketplace.

  • You must delete from Your Documentation all references to Atheros being the contact for technical support.

  • You may use a third-party fulfillment house to produce Your Documentation, provided you are responsible for ensuring such third party’s compliance with the terms of this License.

  • Other than to list a Component as an ingredient of Designated Equipment, Your Documentation and Designated Equipment may not be branded with our name or brand without our prior written permission.

  • Your Documentation of Transfers: ● Receipts: Each time you make a transaction at our automated teller machine, you will have the option to obtain a receipt.

  • Except as provided in the Publishing Guidelines You must submit each Partner Product (including any updates) and the relevant Partner Assets to UiPath for security review and certification (which may include, without limitation: information requests to you, reviews of Your Documentation, security testing or technical testing and reviews) , before publishing for distribution through the Marketplace.

  • We are authorized to represent to third parties only those facts about You and Your other products and services as are stated in Your Marketing Collateral or Your Documentation.
