Examples of your Fees in a sentence
For the purposes of your Fees, you will be compensated in accordance with the fee schedule as set forth in Schedule I to this letter.2 This letter is governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York.
If we increase your APRs for any other reason, or if we change your Fees or other terms of your Account, we will notify you as required by law.
You agree to pay your Fees monthly in advance on the first of each month (the "Due Date").
In such a case, we will perform a currency conversion (pursuant to section 8.2, for which we will charge you a Currency Conversion Fee as set out in section A3.1 of Schedule 1) from the currency of each relevant initial Balance into the currency in which the Fee is payable and we will collect your Fees from the converted Balance.
If we increase your APRs for any other reason, or if we change your Fees or other terms of your Account, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
If your number of Active Employees is less than the Minimum Threshold in any given month, we reserve the right to use the calculation stated in the Delivery Order for calculating your Fees.
For example, we may waive your Fees without notifying you and without losing our right to charge them in the future.
You are responsible for payment of your Fees even if you arrange for a Financial Sponsor to pay these on your behalf.
Your care and dependency needs will be assessed before you come to live in the home and your Fees will be based on your needs at that time.
If your care needs change and you need additional support (or less support), then the cost of your care will be reviewed, and any changes to your Fees will be made in discussion with you and your Representative.
