Your Hardware definition

Your Hardware means hardware manufactured or developed by you or on your behalf, or hardware owned or licensed by you, which is supported by the Arm Tools.
Your Hardware means Automotive Electronic Control Unit (ECU) which incorporates RENESAS LSI specified in Appendix A, which is manufactured, developed or sold by you or on your behalf.
Your Hardware means the hardware identified by serial number in your purchase order. “Advisory Services” or “Service” means “The Service” described below.

Examples of Your Hardware in a sentence

  • Your Hardware order may also include Integrated Software Options.

  • Your Hardware Fund may only be used to purchase Equipment from us.

  • Once the Platform Operator has processed any payment required from You, Your license to any corresponding Purchased Virtual Items or Purchased Game Currency will be activated or made accessible in or through the copy of the Game on Your Hardware, automatically, or by following and completing any necessary instructions provided to You at the time of Your purchase.

  • You should back up the software and data on the hard disk drive of Your Hardware and on any other storage device(s) in the Hardware.

  • You may also submit comments through the internet at https://www.regulations.gov.FAA Order 7400.11E, Airspace Designations and Reporting Points, and subsequent amendments can be viewed online at https://www.faa.gov/air_ traffic/publications/.

  • However, if at time of original purchase You acquired extended warranty, as indicated in the packing slip documentation accompanying Your Hardware, the Hardware shall be warranted for a period of up to five (5) years from the date of original purchase (“Extended Warranty Period”).

  • Subject to your strict compliance with the terms of this XXXX, BNEA grants You a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited right and license to access and use one copy of the Game solely for Your personal use, on Your Hardware (the “License”).

More Definitions of Your Hardware

Your Hardware means the hardware identified by serial number in your purchase order.

Related to Your Hardware

  • Standard Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Standard Software.

  • Malicious Software means any software program or code intended to destroy, interfere with, corrupt, or cause undesired effects on program files, data or other information, executable code or application software macros, whether or not its operation is immediate or delayed, and whether the malicious software is introduced wilfully, negligently or without knowledge of its existence.

  • Hardware means any and all computer and computer-related hardware, including, but not limited to, computers, file servers, facsimile servers, scanners, color printers, laser printers and networks.

  • Custom Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Software.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • Standard Materials means all Materials not specified as Custom Materials.

  • Software means (a) all computer programs, including source code and object code versions, (b) all data, databases and compilations of data, whether machine readable or otherwise, and (c) all documentation, training materials and configurations related to any of the foregoing.

  • Third Party Hardware means the third party hardware, if any, identified in the Investment Summary.

  • functionality means the ability of a tenderer to provide goods or services in accordance with specifications as set out in the tender documents.
