• The agreement is that You and Your Network Operator both accept the National Terms of Connection (NTC) and agree to keep to its conditions.

• Y-our Network Group Ltd reserves the right to amend the date and frequency of the invoices and to submit interim invoices if it so chooses.

• If the reported problem is deemed to be caused by another Network Operator, We will advise You to liaise with Your Network Operator to manage the incident resolution.

• If a new user of the mobile phone/BlackBerry handheld/SIM card is accepted by Y-our Network Group Ltd and enters into a new Agreement, satisfactory to Y-our Network Group Ltd, it is Y-our Network Group Ltd policy to release the existing Subscriber from liability from future charges.
