The agreement is that You and Your Network Operator both accept the National Terms of Connection (NTC) and agree to keep to its conditions.

Y-our Network Group Ltd reserves the right to amend the date and frequency of the invoices and to submit interim invoices if it so chooses.
If the reported problem is deemed to be caused by another Network Operator, We will advise You to liaise with Your Network Operator to manage the incident resolution.
If a new user of the mobile phone/BlackBerry handheld/SIM card is accepted by Y-our Network Group Ltd and enters into a new Agreement, satisfactory to Y-our Network Group Ltd, it is Y-our Network Group Ltd policy to release the existing Subscriber from liability from future charges.
