Examples of Your Tour in a sentence

  • It may not always be possible to offer every Scenic Enrich activity in the Tour Brochure on Your Tour.

  • Your Tour Price is based on the Cabin category indicated in the Tour Brochure.

  • The cost is non-refundable and must be paid at the time of Booking Your Tour.

  • If We or an Operator allow You to operate a Drone as part of an organised activity during Your Tour, You must strictly comply with all instructions of the activity leader.

  • In the event changes to Your Tour itinerary occur, You will not be reimbursed for any expenses You may have incurred as a result of Your Reservation, including, without limitation, visas, vaccinations, travel insurance, transportation costs, lodging fees, other fees, and taxes.

  • Two to three (2-3) weeks prior to Your Tour, You will receive a final Tour packet that includes final reminders and local contact information for Your destination, and any applicable tickets and vouchers.

  • Should You have a complaint about a Tour or any Third Party Supplier, we urge You to promptly notify AdventureSmith or Your Tour guide so the matter may be promptly resolved.

  • Any request to cancel a Tour made by You must be made to AdventureSmith in writing via U.S. mail or electronic mail, provided that AdventureSmith may cancel Your Tour for failure to submit timely payment in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, if a portion of the Services of Your Tour are cancelled by us or a Third Party Supplier(s) because of an event that is within the control of AdventureSmith or a Third Party Supplier(s), We will endeavor to offer you a replacement or alternative.

  • A Cancellation Fee shall apply if You cancel Your Tour after You pay a Deposit.

Related to Your Tour

  • Your Data means information or data (which may include Personal Data) that you input and transfer to NCR Voyix for processing and that is collected, stored or maintained in the course of providing the Service or the Software. Your Data expressly excludes any information or data that does not connect or associate you or any Users to or with such information or data.

  • Your Products means products developed or to be developed by or for You that include an Intel Component executing the Materials.

  • Your Content means all software, data (including Personal Information), text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-Oracle or third party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services. Services under the Master Agreement, Oracle-provided Software, other Oracle products and services, and Oracle intellectual property, and all derivative works thereof, do not fall within the meaning of the term “Your Content”. Your Content includes any Third Party Content that is brought by You into the Services, by Your use of the Services or any Oracle provided tools.
