Availability of Funds: You agree that items transmitted using RDC are not subject to the funds availability requirements of the Federal Reserve Board Regulation CC. Funds deposited using RDC will be available after we receive payments for the funds submitted. LSCU may make such funds available sooner based on such factors as credit worthiness, the length and extent of your relationship with LSCU, transaction and experience information, and such other factors as LSCU, in its sole discretion, deem relevant.

More Definitions of Your Warranties

Your Warranties. You represent, warrant, and promise to us that you have the right to enter into this agreement; that you are not and will not be subject to any agreement or obligation that conflicts with it; and that you own and are free to dispose of all rights for the Work subject to this agreement. You shall notify us promptly in writing of any claim that would, if true, be a breach of this agreement. You agree to indemnify us, and hold us harmless, against any loss, damage, claim or expense (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of any breach of these representations, warranties, and promises, or of this agreement.

In the event that Mobile Deposit is unavailable, you may deposit original checks at our branches or through the CU Anytime® or CO- OP Network ATMs that accept deposits. Funds Availability: For purposes of funds availability, Mobile Deposits are considered deposited at a branch of this financial institution. Mobile Deposits confirmed as received before 3:00pm MST on a business day will be credited to your account within 24 hours of receipt. Deposits confirmed received after close of business, and deposits confirmed received on holidays or days that are not business days will be credited to your account within 24 hours of the following business day. Funds will be available as described in our Funds Availability Disclosure. The first $200 of the deposited check will generally be immediately available with the remainder generally available in two business days. Mobile Deposit Security: You will complete each deposit promptly. If you are unable to complete your deposit promptly, you will ensure that your mobile device remains securely in your possession until the deposit has been completed. It is your responsibility to establish and maintain procedures to safeguard against unauthorized deposits. You will notify us immediately by telephone with written confirmation if you learn of any loss or theft of original checks. You will ensure the safety and integrity of original checks from the time of receipt until the time of destruction. If warranted in our reasonable judgment, we may audit and monitor you, and you agree to cooperate with us to permit such monitoring, to confirm that you have satisfied your obligations under this agreement.

You may also choose to visit one of the Shared Branching Service Centers to make your deposit. Availability of Funds: You agree that items transmitted using RDC are not subject to the funds availability requirements of the Federal Reserve Board Regulation CC. Funds deposited using RDC will be available after we receive payments for the funds submitted. Maple Federal Credit Union may make such funds available sooner based on such factors as credit worthiness, the length and extent of your relationship with Maple Federal Credit Union, transaction and experience information, and such other factors as Maple Federal Credit Union, in its sole discretion, deem relevant.

Related to Your Warranties

  • Purchaser Warranties shall have the meaning ascribed to the term in Clause 8.1;

  • Seller Warranties shall have the meaning ascribed to the term in Clause 7.1.

  • Manufacturer’s Warranty means the warranty supplied from time to time by the manufacturer of the Goods as at the date of the acceptance of the Statement of Work; “PPSA” means the Personal Property Securities Xxx 0000; “Price” means the amount specified within each Statement of Work (subject to any Variation) or as otherwise specified from the Company to the Customer representing the cost for the Works; “Related Work” means any additional building, carpentry, painting, plastering, plumbing or other work or other trades that the Customer requires, which are not to be carried out by the Company; “Services” means the services provided by the Company to the Customer as part of the Works, which may include without limitation the installation of Goods; “Services Delay Charge” means the services delay charge (if any) set out in the Statement of Work; “Services Interruption Event” means any interruption to a Works caused by; a Force Majeure Event, the Customer’s failure to carry out or perform any obligation required of it under this agreement which in the sole opinion of the Company does or may cause a delay in the Works and any other matter which in the reasonable opinion of the Company will cause an interruption or delay in the performance of the Works; “Statement of Work” means the details outlining the provision of the Works, which statement can be delivered verbally or in writing (including email) and may include (where applicable) an estimate or quotation (as specifically expressed as the case) of costs; “Variation” means a change in the Statement of Work including the specifications, scope, time of supply, price or scale of the Works and such variation shall form part of this agreement; “Workmanship” means a good and high quality and standard of delivery in connection with the Services performed; “Works” means the supply of Goods and the provision of Services to the Customer as per each Statement of Work;

  • Company Representations means the representations and warranties of the Company expressly and specifically set forth in Article IV of this Agreement, as qualified by the Schedules. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company Representations are solely made by the Company.
