Youth Centers definition

Youth Centers means any youth center, as defined in section 11353.1(e)(2) of the Health and Safety Code, any playground, as defined in section 11353.1(e)(1) of the Health and Safety Code, and any child day care facility, as that term is defined in section 1596.750 of the Health and Safety Code.
