Zonal Resource Credits means Capacity Resources that are converted to a seasonal Zonal Resource Credits pursuant to the MISO Tariff.

Examples of Zonal Resource Credits in a sentence

  • Participant may also offer, from the SSR Unit(s), Zonal Resource Credits into the Planning Resource Auction or include the SSR Unit(s) in a Fixed Resource Adequacy Plan pursuant to the terms of the Tariff.

  • MP’s payment under this PPA includes Accreditable Capacity, Zonal Resource Credits, Contract Energy, Ancillary Services, any associated Green Tags and any other product derived from the Facility not specifically excluded by this PPA.

  • Participant shall also be encouraged to offer its available Zonal Resource Credits into the voluntary capacity auction or the Planning Resource Auction pursuant to the terms of the Tariff.

  • The Parties agree that the price set forth in Exhibit B includes compensation for Green Tags, Accreditable Capacity and Zonal Resource Credits associated with the Contract Energy purchased by MP pursuant to this Agreement during the Term and that MP is entitled to utilize any and all such Green Tags.
