Zone File Access Agreement means the agreement between the Registry and any user or entity for access to and download of the zone file for certain purposes. The Zone file of a given TLD contains information about domain names that are active in that TLD.

  • The Parties agree that, effective as of the Updated Bulk Zone File and Whois Service Effective Date, Appendix 3 (Zone File Access Agreement) shall be deleted and replaced in its entirety with Appendix 3A (Zone File Access), in the form attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, and all references in the Agreement to Appendix 3 (Zone File Access Agreement) shall refer to Appendix 3A (Zone File Access).
