Anticipated Payment Events. In case of the occurrence of any Anticipated Payment Event. B. Anticipated Termination Consequences. In case of the occurrence of an Anticipated Termination Event, the Assignor or the Assignees, as the case may be, may terminate the Assignment Agreement by a simple written notice given to the other parties. In the understanding, however, that the Assignment Agreement shall be automatically terminated, without the need of prior written notice, in case of any of the events referred to in paragraphs 1, 5, 10, 11 and 12 of subsection A of Section 8 of the Assignment Agreement.
