Assume all responsibilities arising from his own actions or omissions in connection with. (i) the activities carried out in THE CONCESSIONS before the date of the signature and ratification before a Notary Public of this Contract; and (ii) the activities carried out in the past or during the term of this Contract while using THE ASSETS or in any manner related to the same. 12.9
