CONDITIONS OF GOVERNANCE. In any event, up until definitive repayment of the Finance drawn on the Fund, to reinforce its solvency, and except for the exceptions (where applicable) provided in items 6.2 and 6.3 of Xxxxx XX of the Resolution of the Council of Ministers regarding the functioning of the Fund, the Borrower shall be subject to the following conditions regarding governance and the improper distortion of competition, with any adaptation that may from time to time be made to the Temporary Framework, being required to pass any corporate resolutions or, where applicable, bylaw modifications to ensure due and timely performance:
