FULFILMENT OF THE CONDITIONS OF THE FINANCE. 13.1.1 Purpose of the Finance. Apply the Amount of the Finance solely to the purposes established in Clause 2.4 of this Agreement, not being entitled to transfer the funds to any third party other than the Beneficiaries.
