Interest Rate. Each Note bears interest on its outstanding principal amount at the relevant Rate of Interest from (and including) the Closing Date. Interest shall be payable annually in arrear on each Interest Payment Date, subject in any case as provided in Condition 5 (Payments). The first payment of interest will be made on 14 March 2018 (the “First Interest Payment Date”).
