CANOLIG £5,000 - £50,000	Ar gyfer caffael gwerth £5,000 - £50,000, xxx xxxxx o leiaf 3 dyfynbris ysgrifenedig cyn dosbarthu archeb / contract ffurfiol.
UCHEL £50,000 +	Xxx xxxxx tendr ar gyfer pryniannau gwerth mwy na £50,000. Ceir 5 math o dendr (agored / cyfyngedig / wedi’i drafod / deialog gystadleuol/ partneriaeth arloesol). Gellir dod o hyd i fanylion pellach drwy fynd i’r cyswllt i’r Uned Caffael ar y mewnrwyd o xxx y Rheolau Gweithdrefn Contractau.

The Council’s value thresholds

LOW £5,000 and less	For orders / contracts with an estimated value of £5,000 or below, 1 written quotation from the supplier is the minimum requirement.
INTERMEDIATE £5,000 - £50,000 HIGH £50,000 +	For procurement valued at £5,000 - £50,000, at least 3 written quotations are required prior to a formal order / contract being issued
	Purchases over £50,000 require a tender. There are 5 types of tender (open / restricted / negotiated / competitive dialogue / Innovation Partnership). Further details can be found on the Procurement Unit link of the Intranet under Contract Procedure Rules.
