GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS
1.Conditions of admission: To be admitted to enter, settle and stay on the campsite, you must have been authorized by the manager or his representative. Staying on the campsite implies acceptance and compliance with these rules of procedure.
2.Police formality : Anyone who is about to stay at least one night on the campsite must first show the manager or his representative his identity papers and fill the police forms. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed.
3.Reception desk : You will find the opening dates on the door of the reception. At the reception, you will find all the information about the campground, the entertainment programs, the tourist attractions of the area and various addresses or phone numbers that may be useful.
4.Fees: The fees are paid one month before the beginning of the stay, the supplements at the reception on arrion arrival.
The various amounts are posted at the entrance of the campsite and at the reception. They are due according to the number of nights or weeks spent on the campsite. Users are invited to inform the reception of their departure the day before in order to make an appointment for the departure inventory.
5.Respect for others, noise and silence : Users of the campground are urged to avoid any noise and discussion that might disturb their neighbours. There must be complete silence between 11pm and 9am. Furthermore, any verbal or physical aggression towards a camper and/or a member of the staff will result in the termination of the current stay, without refund.
6.Visitors : After having been authorized by the manager or his representative, visitors may be admitted to the campsite. They are admitted from 8 am to 11 pm, under the responsibility of the campers who receive them. They are not allowed to access the facilities and animations. Visitors' cars are not allowed on the campground and can be parked in the visitor parking lot.
7.Animals : After having been authorized by the manager or his representative, pets are allowed on the campsite. The presentation of the up to date vaccination booklet is compulsory. Dogs of 1st category are strictly forbidden on the campsite. Animals must be kept on a leash. They must not be left on the campsite, even locked up, in the absence of their masters who are civilly responsible for them and who must ensure that their animal does not disturb the neighborhood.
8.Vehicle traffic and parking: Inside the campground, vehicles must drive at a speed limit of 5km/h and respect the one-way traffic system. Only vehicles belonging to campers are allowed. Parking is strictly forbidden outside of their assigned place and must not hinder traffic. Only one vehicle per rental is allowed. Traffic is forbidden on the campsite from 11pm to 8am, except for disabled persons who must show their disability card before 1am.
It is strictly forbidden to move around in a vehicle within the campsite.
After 11 pm, for all entries or exits of the campsite, please contact the janitor at 00.00.00.00.00
9.Conduct and appearance of the facilities: Everyone is required to refrain from any action that could harm the cleanliness, hygiene and appearance of the campsite. Waste of any kind must be deposited in the garbage cans. For safety reasons, no wires or ropes may be stretched from the trees. It is forbidden to put nails in the trees, to cut branches and to dig the ground. Any damage to the vegetation, fences, grounds or facilities of the campground will be charged to the person responsible. The site that has been used must be maintained and returned in a perfect state of cleanliness.
00.Xxxxxx : a- Fire : Open fires (wood, charcoal, ...) as well as charcoal barbecues are forbidden on the pitches or in the vicinity of the rented accommodation. An area is reserved for this purpose near the pool. Only electric barbecues are allowed on the pitches. In case of fire, please inform the management immediately.
b- Theft : The management is not responsible for the objects, materials and goods of the campers who remain responsible for their own installation and must inform the manager of the presence of any suspicious person.
c- Parking: The management cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to your vehicle within the campsite.
11.Infringement of the internal regulations: In the case where a resident disturbs the stay of the other users or does not respect the present internal regulations, the manager or his representative will be able to orally or in writing to put in residence this last one to cease the disorders. In case of serious infringement of the internal regulations, the manager can terminate the contract without refund. In case of criminal offence, the manager can call the police.
12.Swimming pool : Access to the swimming pool is reserved to the only clients of the campsite provided with an access bracelet and an adequate bathing suit, the bathing suit is compulsory (swimming shorts tolerated subject to the conformity of the water to the hygiene standards). The rules of hygiene must be respected. Outside of opening hours, access to the pool is strictly forbidden. The access of children to the pool is under the full responsibility of the parents. For all rules applicable to the pool, please refer to the pool rules.
13.Display : The present rules are displayed at the reception
All these recommendations are made for your comfort and safety. Any person who does not respect the rules may be expelled from the campsite.

POOL RULES AND REGULATIONS
Outside of opening hours, access to the pool is strictly forbidden.
Access to the swimming pool is reserved to the only clients of the camp with an access bracelet and adequate bathing attire, the bathing suit is mandatory (swimming shorts are tolerated only if they are not worn with underwear). The wearing of shorts, tee-shirts, overalls of any kind, as well as any dirty or used swimsuit, is forbidden for hygiene reasons.
Children under 16 years old and those who cannot swim must be accompanied by an adult. Children are admitted under the continuous responsibility of their parents or a responsible adult.
Before entering the pool, bathers must take a shower and a footbath (the shower is used to remove sunscreen, perspiration, dirt, sand, etc., which increase the chloride level).
Bathers must not use the foot bath for any purpose other than that for which it was designed. It is forbidden to enter in the pool area with shoes on.
It is forbidden to run around the pool, dive, push or jump.
Strollers, umbrellas, flippers, snorkels, mattresses, balls, etc. are not allowed. Smoking, chewing gum, eating or drinking is not allowed in the pool area.
Spitting (on the ground or in the pool), urinating or otherwise polluting the water is prohibited. Animals are not allowed.
For the safety and respect of others, please refrain from shouting. Bandages are not allowed.
All these recommendations are made for your comfort, cleanliness and safety. Any person not respecting the rules will be expelled from the pool and in case of recurrence from the campsite.
