Bod yn aelod rhagweithiol o'r Xxx Gwasanaethau TGCh, yn gyfrifol am nodi ceisiadau gwasanaeth cychwynnol a dyrannu gwaith yn y ffordd fwyaf effeithiol ledled Xxx Cymorth y Gwasanaethau TGCh gan sicrhau bod gwasanaeth amserol a rhagorol yn cael ei ddarparu ar draws xxxx safleoedd y Grŵp. | |||
Prif Ddyletswyddau a Chyfrifoldebau | |||
1. Yn gyfrifol am gydlynu cymorth TGCh ledled y Grŵp gan gynnwys ar y ddesg gymorth, drwy e-xxxx, dros y ffôn neu wyneb yn wyneb, gan ddyrannu gwaith i staff TGCh eraill neu ddatrys yn uniongyrchol. 2. Gweithio gyda'r Cyfarwyddwr/Dirprwy Gyfarwyddwr TGCh i gydlynu ac ymdrin â gweinyddu'r Gwasanaethau TGCh, prosiectau TGCh a cheisiadau cymorth o ddydd i ddydd ac yn y tymor hwy. 3. Cysylltu â rheolwyr TGCh, uwch staff TGCh, uwch dechnegwyr TGCh a thechnegwyr TGCh i flaenoriaethu, dyrannu, cydlynu a dadansoddi tasgau hyd at eu cwblhau. 4. Cydgysylltu â Rheolwyr y Grŵp a staff i sicrhau lefelau gwasanaeth uchel parhaus ar gyfer yr xxxx ddefnyddwyr. 5. Darparu cefnogaeth TGCh uniongyrchol ar gyfer caledwedd a meddalwedd i staff a dysgwyr sy'n gweithio x xxxx. 6. Dyrannu offer TGCh i Staff a Dysgwyr a chofnodi ac adrodd yn briodol. 7. Hwyluso gosod, ffurfweddu, cefnogi a datrys problemau cyfrifiaduron, dyfeisiau symudol/tabledi/ffonau, argraffwyr, gliniaduron, chromebooks, llungopiwyr, ffonau cyfrifiadurol, camerâu, meicroffonau, seinyddion ac unrhyw offer neu galedwedd TGCh arall a ddefnyddir gan y Grŵp, yn unol â phrosesau a gweithdrefnau TGCh; darparu adroddiadau i reolwyr TGCh. 8. Trefnu i atgyweirio neu amnewid offer diffygiol xxx warant, gan gydlynu i ailosod caledwedd a nwyddau treuliadwy ac ailgylchu offer sydd wedi darfod neu sydd wedi torri. 9. Yn gyfrifol am dasgau gweinyddol technegol, e.e. coladu/diweddaru dogfennaeth dechnegol, paratoi dadansoddiadau data, adroddiadau a diagramau neu dasgau eraill yn ôl y gofyn. Adrodd ar xxx agwedd ar ddarpariaeth cymorth TGCh ar gyfer gofynion mewnol ac allanol, gan gynnwys at ddibenion archwilio. 10. Teithio i safleoedd eraill y Grŵp i roi cefnogaeth yn ôl y galw/pan geir ceisiadau. 11. Mynychu’r cyrsiau a’r digwyddiadau hyfforddi sy’n angenrheidiol i gyflawni dyletswyddau’r swydd yn effeithiol. 12. Cyflawni dyletswyddau rhesymol eraill cymesur gyda'r radd; 13. Cydymffurfio â xxxx bolisïau a gweithdrefnau'r Grŵp. 14. Unrhyw waith arall sy'n gymesur â'r raddfa gyflog, yn ogystal â sgiliau a galluoedd deiliad y swydd. 15. Dylid nodi bod y Swydd Ddisgrifiad hon yn cynnwys crynodeb o brif ddyletswyddau a chyfrifoldebau'r swydd a bydd yn cael ei adolygu'n rheolaidd. Job purpose | |
To be a pro-active member of the ICT Services Team, responsible for identifying initial service requests and allocating jobs most effectively across the ICT Services support team ensuring provision of a timely and excellent service across all Grŵp sites. | |
Main duties and responsibilities | |
1. Responsible for the co-ordination of ICT support across the Grŵp across the helpdesk, email, telephone or face to face requests , allocating to other ICT staff or resolving directly. 2. Work with the Director/Deputy Director ICT to co-ordinate and deal with day to day and longer term administration of ICT Services, ICT projects and support requests. 3. Liaise with ICT management, Senior ICT staff, senior ICT technicians and ICT technicians to prioritise, allocate, co-ordinate and analyse tasks through to completion. 4. Liaise with Grŵp Management and staff to ensure continued high service levels for all users. 5. Provide provision of direct ICT support for hardware and software to staff and learners who are working remotely. 6. Allocation of ICT equipment to Staff and Learners and record and report appropriately. 7. Facilitate the setup, configuration, support and troubleshooting of desktop computers, mobile devices/tablets/phones, printers, laptops, chromebooks, photocopiers, desktop phones, cameras, microphones, speakers and any other ICT peripherals or hardware equipment used by the Grŵp, as per ICT processes and procedures; provide reports to ICT management. 8. Arrange for the repair or replacement of faulty equipment under warranty, co-ordinating the replacement of hardware and consumables and the recycling of obsolete/broken equipment. 9. Responsible for technical administration tasks, e.g. collating/updating technical documentation, preparing data analysis, reports and diagrams or other tasks as requested. Report on all aspects of ICT support provision for internal and external requirements, including for audit purposes. 10. Travel to other Grŵp sites to give support as required/requested. 11. To attend training courses and events as necessary in order to carry out duties effectively. 12. To carry out other duties as reasonably requested, commensurate with the grade. 13. To comply with all Grŵp policies and procedures. 14. Any other work commensurate with the grade, skills and capabilities of the post and post holder. |
