CONTRACT DISSOLUTION. Should the Supplier fail to meet any of its contractual obligations, MTORRES reserves the right to dissolve the contract. To do this it need only inform the Supplier in writing, and pay the sum corresponding to the deliveries correctly made to date, with any relevant deductions. The Supplier shall not be entitled to any other sum as compensation.
