Definición de Delivery Date

Delivery Date means the date on which both the Qlik Products (specified in the order form) and the license key(s) for such Products are initially made available (via download or otherwise) to the Customer or to the Authorized Reseller as applicable.
Delivery Date means the date advised by TOMRA to the Purchaser in accordance with clause 2.
Delivery Date means the date or dates specified in the Ordering Documents by which the Supplier is required to deliver the Work. 2.4 “Harmful Code” means any software intentionally designed to (i) disrupt, disable, harm, or impede operation, or (ii) impair operation based on the lapse of time, including but not limited to viruses, worms, time bombs, time locks, drop-dead devices, access codes, security keys, back doors, or trap door devices.

Examples of Delivery Date in a sentence

  • If no particular delay penalty is specified in a given Purchase Order or particular conditions of contract –if existing–, Seller shall pay a delay penalty of 2.5% of the total price of the Purchase Order for each day of delay in the Delivery Date.

  • If TOMRA does not deliver the goods within fourteen (14) calendar days after the Delivery Date, TOMRA shall pay the Purchaser compensation for this delay in the amount of 0.2% per completed week of the Purchase Price specified in the Agreement for the delayed Goods(s).

  • The foregoing is with the understanding that if Vestas decides to terminate the Agreement due to such delay in the Delivery Date by the Seller, the Seller, in addition, to the payment of the corresponding penalty, shall reimburse Vestas for any amount that has already been paid by Vestas in connection with such Purchase Order in advance for the provision of the Services and/or the supply of Goods.

  • Unless otherwise indicated on an Order Form, Qlik Product subscriptions shall begin upon the Delivery Date and automatically renew for successive annual terms unless either Party provides prior written notice of non-renewal to the other Party at least forty-five (45) days prior to the end of the then- current subscription period.

  • Shares Buy-back The shares that Telmex kept in the Treasury as of September 25, 2000 and those bought-back by Telmex from September 25, 2000 to the Delivery Date.

  • Concarril has the right to inspect the Goods on or after the Delivery Date.

  • THE LESSEE states that the LEASED PROPERTY is clean and delivered on the Delivery Date and otherwise she shall inform THE LESSOR within 10 days after the Delivery Date.
