Price List. The Price List published by “BMV” and amended from time to time in accordance with this Agreement. The Price List as of the date of this Agreement forms “Exhibit II” to this Agreement. “Trial Period”: Period of time consisting of 30 (thirty) calendar days, granted for just once, in which the “Information” will be available, free of charge, to possible “Redistributors” of the “DISTRIBUTOR”. “Redistributor”: Any legal entity that receives the “Information” from the “DISTRIBUTOR” or a member of the “DISTRIBUTOR’s GROUP” through a “Unit of Count” or Data Feed, and re-distributes internally within its organization or outside of its organization, whether or not that legal entity is duly authorized by “BMV” to redistribute the “Information”. These “Subscribers” are required to have a duly signed agreement with the “DISTRIBUTOR” in accordance with “BMV’s” Information Policies as described on the “Exhibit III”.

Examples of Price List in a sentence

  • The amended Price List shall enter into force as of the disclosure of the notification.

  • All payments shall be made according to what is specified in the “Exhibit II” Price List.

  • The determination of the price that the “DISTRIBUTOR” will pay to “BMV” for the “Information” and the development of “Automated Order Generation” services rendered, and which are referred to in the SECOND Clause, is indicated in “Exhibit II” “BMV” Price List of the present Agreement.

  • Roadsurfer reserves the right to impose an additional smoking cleaning fee according to the price list for cleaning fees (the applicable Price List for cleaning fees is available at the agreed handover location on handover) if smoking occurs inside the rented vehicle.

  • If a special washing service is needed, additiona- lly to the washing service, the value of 1 (one) daily rental fee as per the current Retail Price List will be also charged..

  • Upon loss, robbery, theft, undue appropriation or damages to the GPS, the Customer will pay the GPS value as set forth in the current Retail Price List as com- pensation to Localiza.

  • In these General Terms and Conditions, Lost Profits means the time during which Localiza does not have the vehicle available for rental, based on the Daily Rental Fee in the current Retail Price List.
