By agreeing to the terms of the Contract, the Lessee agrees that all contracts entered into by the Lessee with Xxxxxx Go may be wholly or partially transferred by Moller Go without the Lessee’s consent to another company that is directly or indirectly owned by Xxxxxx Go or part of the same group as Moller Go, or to a third party in connection with a business transfer involving services. However, this does not apply to the assignment of the creditor’s claims arising from the Contract. Xxxxxx Xx, acting as a creditor, has the right to assign its claims against the Lessee to any third party, including debt collectors, following applicable laws and without any limitations.
