Purchase price. 4.1.1. Notwithstanding this, the Seller is entitled to adjust the purchase price in accordance with the terms and conditions of point 4.3 of these General Conditions of Sale. Unless the price has been otherwise agreed on, the purchase price is the fair price charged by the Seller.
