DISTRIBUTORS AND CUSTOMERS. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Licensee shall be entitled to appoint Distributors to distribute directly to Customers and End Users, and shall be entitled to appoint Customers to distribute directly to End Users, the Bundled Product and End User Documentation in the Territory. Licensee shall not be entitled to grant to any Distributor or Customer the right to reproduce all or any portion of the BOLAG Product and End User Documentation or to sublicense or distribute the Bundled Product and End User Documentation other then as permitted hereby. Distributors may appoint sub-distributors and Customers only through written agreements that meet the requirements of Article 3.3.2 and that otherwise ensure compliance with the terms of this Agreement and such sub-distributor shall be deemed a Distributor for the purposes of this Agreement.
