Lisenssisopimuksen mukainen käyttö-oikeus. OP Yrityspankki Oyj:llä on lisenssisopimuksen mukaan oikeus käyttää EURO STOXX Banks Index –indeksiä tämän joukkovelkakirjalainan liikkeeseenlaskun yhteydessä. Lisenssisopimuksen mukaan OP Yrityspankki Oyj on velvollinen sisällyttämään seuraavan tekstin Lainakohtaisiin ehtoihin: STOXX and its licensors (the “Licensors”) have no relationship to 'OP Yrityspankki Oyj', other than the licensing of the EURO STOXX Banks Index® and the related trademarks for use in connection with 'OP Europankit Autocall 56/2022'. STOXX and its Licensors do not: » Sponsor, endorse, sell or promote 'OP Europankit Autocall 56/2022'. » Recommend that any person invest in 'OP Europankit Autocall 56/2022' or any other securities. » Have any responsibility or liability for or make any decisions about the timing, amount or pricing of ‘OP Europankit Autocall 56/2022’. » Have any responsibility or liability for the administration, management or marketing of ‘OP Europankit Autocall 56/2022’. » Consider the needs of ‘OP Europankit Autocall 56/2022’ or the owners of ‘OP Europankit Autocall 56/2022’ in determining, composing or calculating the EURO STOXX Banks Index® or have any obligation to do so.
