Terminating Services or Modules. Individual Services or Modules can be terminated at any time and the termination will be effective at the end of the current invoice period. Subscription fees for terminated Services or Modules are removed from the invoice following the termination, provided that the termination was carried out at least 30 days before the next invoice period. Terminations carried out less than 30 days before the next invoice period will be invoiced for the next invoice period and removed from the following invoice period. Please note that User accounts may be assigned to a different person rather than being terminated.
