Koulutuksessa käydään läpi FIDIC-sopimusehtojen rakenne ja sisältö esimerkkien avulla ja sopimuksen valmistelu ehtojen mukaisesti. Koulutus tapahtuu englanniksi ja kouluttajana toimii Corderoy International Ltd:n asiantuntija Xxxxxx Xxxxx. Varaa paikkasi ajoissa, sillä osallistujamäärä on rajoitettu ryhmätyöskentelyn vuoksi.
TYÖSKENTELYMENETELMÄT
Tämä koulutustilaisuus toteutetaan osittain työpajoissa, joissa osallistujat jaetaan 5-6 henkilön pienryhmiin pohtimaan esimerkkitapauksia. Tästä syystä osallistujamäärä on rajoitettu (30 henkilöä). Ohjelman sisältyy myös kurssipäivien välinen pohdintatehtävä, joka tehdään itsenäisesti ensimmäisen päivän jälkeen. Kaikki opetus ja keskustelut ovat englanniksi eikä tulkkausta ole järjestetty.
OSALLISTUMISMAKSU
Osallistumismaksu on RILin jäsenille 810 € (+ alv 23%), muille 850 € (+ alv 23%). Tilaisuuden osallistumismaksuun sisältyy ohjelman mukainen koulutus sekä tarjoilut. Majoitus ei kuulu koulutuksen hintaan. Osallistujilla on mahdollisuus tilata lisämateriaaliksi kirjallisuutta.

PERUUTUKSET
Mikäli osallistuminen peruutetaan 31.8.2012 jälkeen, veloitetaan peruutuskuluina 50 % osallistumismaksusta. Mikäli osallistuja ei saavu tilaisuuteen eikä ilmoita siitä etukäteen, veloitetaan osallistumismaksu kokonaisuudessaan.
INTRODUCTION OF THE LECTURER
Xxxxxx Xxxxx, FRICS, is a Director of Corderoy International Limited, which is part of the Corderoy group founded over 200 years ago, with global experience in the management of major construction and engineering contracts. Xxxxxx has had nearly 30 years experience of providing contractual and financial advice in connection with the procurement and execution of construction and engineering projects, and has worked for clients in over 30 different countries. In addition to the contractual management of projects during construction, Xxxxxx has extensive experience in the preparation and management of claims, and the negotiation and settlement of disputes for manydifferent types of project. Xxxxxx has acted as an expert witness in UK and international construction disputes, in both litigation and arbitration; and has carried out associated forensic investigation of contractors’ and consultants’ accounts. Xxxxxx regularly provides training seminars and workshops in contract management and administration to international clients.
