Examples of Balance in a sentence

  • Balance payable upon arrival The booking is effective when you receive confirmation from us.

  • When a payment greater than the minimum payment is made, the amount of the payment that is greater than the minimum payment will be allocated in the same order as indicated in paragraph A above, proportionally to the Balance based on the portion of each of the amounts billed.

  • The Account Holder must pay the Account Balance no later than on the due date indicated on the Account Statement which will be a maximum of 28 days after the issuance of the statement.

  • For example, if the Balance is composed of 5% administration fees, 25% Cash Advances, and 70% Purchases, the amount of the payment greater than the minimum payment will be allocated as follows: 5% to administration fees, 25% to Cash Advances, and 70% to Purchases.

  • Regardless of whether the Account Holder receives an Account Statement, the Account Holder will be liable for payment of the aggregate outstanding Balance of the Account every month.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the Bank reserves the right to return to the Account Holder, in part or in whole, any amount received in excess of the Account Balance, using a method of payment of the Bank’s choice, without prior notice to the Account Holder or additional authorization from the Account Holder.

  • Use of one of the Cards or the maintenance of a Balance after the effective date of the modifications stipulated on the notice will be interpreted as the Account Holder’s acceptance of the amendments.
