A Megállapodás időtartama, megszűnése. Jelen Megállapodás annak mindkét Fél általi aláírásának napján lép hatályba. A Megállapodást a Felek határozatlan időre kötik. A Megállapodás hatályát veszti azon a napon, mikor a Hivatal az Igénybe vevő vagy a Szolgáltató működési engedélyét visszavonja, illetve az Igénybe vevő rendszerhasználati jogosultsága egyéb okból megszűnik. 3. Term and termination of the Agreement This Agreement shall enter effect on the day of signing by both Parties. The Agreement shall be concluded by the Parties for an indefinite period. The Agreement shall become void on the day when the operating license of the User or the Service Provider is withdrawn by the Authority, or the system usage right of the User is terminated for any other reason.
