Access to and transfer of data. The data may be accessed by the staff members of CORVINUS involved in the performance of the Contract for the purpose of carrying out their tasks and to the extent necessary therefor. With the exception set out in the present section, the University will only disclose data to third parties on the basis of a legal authorisation or with the consent of the data subject. Pursuant to Article 28(6) of the Government Decree No. 87/2015 (.9 April) on the implementation of certain provisions of Act CCIV of 2011 on National Higher Education, CORVINUS shall report in the higher education information system of the data of dormitory students, changes in such data, the establishment and termination of the membership relationship, and changes in the membership data of these students within fifteen days of the date of the establishment or termination of the membership relationship, the legal ground for the transfer of data being the legal obligation under Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR.
