Branding and packaging. 2.1. The SUPPLIER is entitled to apply company logos and/or trademarks (branding) on the supplies. In order to ensure that the complete system has a uniform appearance, however, the design of the branding, particularly the size, position and colour must be discussed with and approved by KNAPP. If the SUPPLIER applies branding that has not been approved by KNAPP, the SUPPLIER is obliged to subsequently change or remove the branding upon request of and at the discretion of KNAPP.
2.2. The packaging shall be included in the purchase price. All damages resulting from inappropriate packaging shall be borne by the SUPPLIER. The existing official regulations, especially the requirements for design and labelling of the packaging must be observed for the delivery of dangerous goods.
