Confidentiality Clause. The parties mutually undertake the obligation to treat confidential information as strictly confidential, refrain from making it known to any unauthorized person, and refrain from copying, duplicating or reproducing it in whole or in part. Confidential information includes, firstly, all trade secrets of the parties, i.e. all information that is part of or perceived to be part of the parties’ business secrets. This confidentiality obligation extends 12 months beyond the termination of this contract.
