FEES AND TERMS OF PAYMENT. In return for the provision of the dormitory place and the related basic services, the Lessee shall pay a fee (dormitory fee). III.1.The Lessee shall pay the dormitory fee via Neptun in advance in a lump sum according to the Decree of the Summer Dormitory Application. III.2.The Parties herein agree that the rental fee does not cover the receipt of visitors, for which HUF 1,500 / person / occasion shall be paid. The total number of visits shall be accumulated by the Lessor on a weekly basis. The Lessor invoices the corresponding amount to the Lessee, who shall pay the appropriate sum by transferring it within the payment deadline indicated on the invoice. If the Lessee fails to pay the fee in time, then besides the arrears, the Lessor may as well charge the Lessee an interest rate on the late payment as per Article 6:48(1) of Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code (hereinafter Civil Code).
