Common use of Governing Law, Jurisdiction Clause in Contracts

Governing Law, Jurisdiction. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Subscription Agreement and any claims or disputes arising out of, relating to or in connection with them, shall be governed by the laws of Hungary. The Courts of Hungary shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Subscription Agreement.
