Lease of properties in Mýrargata. It follows from Section I-2.7 above, that according to a property transfer agreement of 27 October 2000, Stáltak transferred its properties in Mýrargata to its subsidiary Stálsmiðjan-Slippstöðin which leased the properties back to Stáltak. Stálsmiðjan-Slippstöðin (later Hafnarhús) was then taken over by the Port, which did not imply any amendments to the lease agreement concerning the properties in Mýrargata.
