LICENCE FEE. III.1. The Licence Fee fór the subscription period defined in Clause I is a fixed price as detailed in the winning tender: 77 967 EUR as set out in Appendix 1. The subscription price does nőt include VAT. Any applicable Hungárián taxes shall be borne by the Subscriber.

Felek rögzítik továbbá, hogy a III. pontban szereplő díj magában foglalja valamennyi, a Jogtulajdonos által a Felhasználó részére nyújtott felhasználói jog ellenértékét, Jogtulajdonos valamennyi, a jelen szerződés teljesítésével összefüggésben felmerülő költségét és hasznát is. Jogtulajdonos a jelen pont szerinti díjon felül jelen szerződés teljesítésével összefüggésben semmilyen további díjat, költséget nem jogosult Felhasználó felé érvényesíteni. Parties state that the fees determined in Clause III herein cover the consideration for the licence granted to User by Licence Holder, as well as all costs incurred and benefits gained under this Agreement by Licence Holder. Hence Licence Holder shall not be entitled to endorse any fees or costs related to this Agreement over the fees determined in Clause III herein.
