Common use of Period of use Clause in Contracts

Period of use. The "Porsche InnoDrive" FoD individual service can be booked either (i) as a time-unlimited FoD individual ser- vice, making it available to the PSM customer for the entire period of use of the vehicle, or (ii) as a monthly term (only available for vehicles from model year 2021), which is auto- matically renewed on a monthly basis until it is cancelled by the main user with a notice period of 2 weeks to the end of a calendar month.

The FoD Single Service "Porsche InnoDrive" FoD individual service can may be booked as a FoD Single Service either (i) as a time-unlimited FoD individual ser- vice, making it not limited in time and therefore available to the PSM customer Customer for the entire period of use of the vehicle, vehicle or (ii) as a monthly term subscrip- tion (available only available for vehicles from model year 20212021 and on- wards), which is auto- matically renewed prolongs automatically on a monthly basis basis, until it is cancelled terminated by the main user Primary User with a notice period of 2 weeks notice to the end of a any calendar month.
