Common use of Period of use Clause in Contracts

Period of use. The FoD individual service "Comfort Access" may be booked either (i) as an FoD individual service valid for an unlimited period, making it available to the PSM cus- tomer for the entire period of use of the vehicle or (ii) as a monthly contract term (available for vehicles from model year 2021 only) that is automatically renewed on a monthly basis until it is cancelled by the main user with a notice pe- riod of two weeks to the end date of a calendar month.
