Responsibility. The Consumer may use the website solely at his/her own risk and accepts that the Service Provider shall not be liable for any material or non-material damage arising from the use of the website, other than for intentional, grossly negligent or criminal damage, or for breach of contract causing harm to life, limb or health. The Service Provider excludes all liability for the conduct of the users of the Website and that the Consumer is fully and solely responsible for his own conduct. The Consumer must ensure that he does not infringe, directly or indirectly, the rights of third parties or the law when using the website. The Service Provider is entitled, but not obliged, to monitor any content (e.g. comments) that may be made available by the Consumer during the use of the Website; and the Service Provider is entitled, but not obliged, to look for indications of illegal activity in respect of the content posted and shall not be liable for such indications.
