Common use of Scope of the Agreement Clause in Contracts

Scope of the Agreement. The scope of the Agreement is to define the conditions and process of the accession and trade at the Trading Platform (hereinafter referred to as: TP) as determined in Act XL of 2008 on Natural Gas Supply (hereinafter Act on Natural Gas Supply). TP is operated by FGSZ Kereskedési Platform Kft. (hereinafter referred to as: FGSZ KP Kft.) according to the conditions specified in the Act on Natural Gas Supply. Operational Rules of TP (hereinafter referred to as: TP Rules) have been approved by the Hungarian Energy and Public Utility Regulatory Authority (hereinafter referred to as: Authority), and are made available to the public by FGSZ KP Kft. General Terms and Conditions attached as Annex 2. of the TP Rules and the current notifications of FGSZ KP Kft. form an integral part of this Agreement (hereinafter referred to as: GTC).
